Earlier this year thanks in part to JK Rowling’s insistence the Harry Potter books be printed on FSC paper, more popular books, magazines etc can be seen printed on FSC paper. Her support to use FSC certified paper for printing her book has encouraged more publishers, pulp & paper traders take part of the certified paper market.
Couple of months ago, several major printing, paper traders and diaries manufacturer in Malaysia approached Global Forestry Services (GFS) to provide training of Forestry Stewardship Council Chain of Custody (FSC COC) system within their organization and until recently, they had been FSC certified.
As FSC COC certificate holder, this organization can produce the branded FSC diary and with the COC system in place, the paper origin can be trace all the way back to the FSC certified forest area.
You may find FSC diaries / planners at your nearest convenient bookstore racks or print your own corporate diaries using FSC papers. Or if your company have diaries and desk planners printed for your customers you can have it done on FSC paper.
Now, you can plan your day-to-day portfolio and save the Earth!!!
